JACKPADS are a cost-effective, robust and fully height adjustable support system utilised with Guardtech’s range of award-winning Cleancube Mobile Cleanroom container units.
Jackpads are an environmentally friendly solution that require minimal remedial works.
Safe, secure and simple, Jackpad is a proven alternative to traditional concrete foundations for portable buildings.
Ensuring the ground is capable of supporting the imposed loads through the Jackpad system is the responsibility of the client.
Typically the ground bearing capacity should not be less than 130kN/m². The Jackpad® system is designed to be used as a whole.

There are four different Jackpad systems available depending on the load-bearing requirements posed by your Cleancube Mobile Cleanroom portable controlled environment – single, double, quadruple beam.

Beam Jackpad
To support loads of up to 295kN (proof tested 385kn), typically found on some larger double and treble storey building configurations, a beam is used to bridge two quadruple adjusters.
