1 Rapid rise door
Typically a PVC door with stainless steel or anodised aluminium frame and drum cover. Featuring contactless motion sensor activation and rapid open-and-close speeds – interlocked with break glass and status indicators. Designed to ensure limitation of leak flow, the seal technology provides environmental control and can protect your Cleancube from dust, drafts and dirt. The low friction technology, combined with a frequency inverter driven motor, assures for the smooth and silent operation.

GT Rise Fire is Guardtech’s fire-rated rapid rise door solution – one of the most robust, safety conscious options available, constructed from aluminium 40mm thick panels and filled with PS insulation foam.
2 Standard single door
GRP or powder-coated steel personnel doors with stainless steel push plates, kick plates and handles, and 400mm x 400mm vision panels. All Guardtech doors can be electromagnetically interlocked. Also available as a fully flush system with recessed base for flooring to cove into. Powder-coated CR4 mild steel door leaf with 45mm Dufaylite insulated core, flush-mounted vision panel and stainless-steel fixtures & fittings. Aluminium wrap around frame. Interlocked.

4 Ceiling panels
Panelled ceiling with thermal insulation core provides a flush surface. Lighting and filtration modules are recessed into apertures or surface mounted for laboratory applications. Both light and strong, the aluminium honeycomb panels have one of the best strength-to-weight ratios of any construction materials available today and have been developed to meet the exacting requirements of the cleanroom industry.

GT Lid Max is Guardtech’s elite-level ceiling option – a T56N die-cast nodal grid system. This walk-on aluminium frame construction features high deflection strength and supports powder-coated PIR 50mm panels.
GT Lid Pro is a high-spec, customisable, modular, fully flush controlled environment panel system featuring an intelligently engineered demountable joint with an aluminium extrusion to all sides.
An intelligent insulated ceiling panel system featuring a unique castellated and symmetrical tongue-and-groove joint which achieves high thermal and structural performance.
T50 click-fix connector grid and aluminium tiles, designed as a non-walk-on frame construction with high deflection strength, consisting of 50mm wide aluminium extrusion main and cross runners of identical shape.

5 Walls
The standard choice would be powder-coated CR4 mild steel panels with polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulated core and interlocking joints. The panels feature a 50mm thickness to form walls and ceiling. Highly durable, cleanable and chemically resistant, the walls are silicon sealed. However, there are several options for clients to explore, with a diverse range of benefits for particular applications.

GT Clad Pro is a homogeneous flexible vinyl sheet with coved corners that complies with EN649 and is designed to be a permanent wall and ceiling covering for a wide range of cleanroom-based applications.

7 Flooring
A standard Cleancube includes a homogenous vinyl floor reinforced with cross-linked polyurethane, UV-cured, hold-welded joints. Coved 100mm up the wall over underlay former and capped. Copper-grounded anti-static vinyl also available.

GT Deck Pro is a superior anti-static ESD dissipative flexible vinyl floorcovering available in both sheet and tile – this 2mm homogeneous material is calendered and pressed for high performance.
A homogeneous coved vinyl flooring solution that offers superior performance for controlled environments, is scratch resistant and maintains its colour brightness for relatively long periods of time.

8 Glazing
Fully-flush or semi-flush glazing can be installed between rooms. Doubled-glazed units can also be installed in the container shell, but these are only for UK applications.
